This service is for couples that are looking to have an added support system to help them along their wedding planning journey. Whether it’s to help find amazing vendors that fit their vibe and needs, to brainstorm creative ways to showcase the couple’s personality in their wedding details or to help keep the couple on track with a tailored wedding checklist.

Timeline

Contract begins 6 months prior to the wedding date

Monthly Check-In Meetings

  • Tailored Wedding Planning Checklist

  • Assistance with vendor discovery

  • General assistance and guidance throughout the planning process

Planning

  • 2 Month Out Virtual Meeting - planner will hold a check-in meeting with clients to see if any assistance is needed or to help answer questions

  • 1 Month Out Virtual Meeting - planner will hold a final detail meeting with clients to go over all the final details regarding the wedding day.

  • Unlimited email communication with planner regarding timeline and day-of details

  • Email communication to vendors leading up to wedding

Event Day

  • Up to 12 hours with lead planner

  • Setup of client décor

  • Main point of contact for all vendors, family members and wedding party

  • Manage vendor set-up and ensure all spaces are executed as designed

  • Facilitate ceremony rehearsal and direct ceremony processional

  • Breakdown of all client décor if event concludes within the 12 hour window
