Hey! I’m Erin with Sweet Daisy Events and I’m happy you are here!
I created Sweet Daisy Events as a way to express my creativity, my passion for helping others, my love of collaboration, and my strength in organization.
How do I know that I’m in the right industry? Because every event gives me that electric lighting bolt effect of feeling so energized, inspired and buzzing with excitement.
What truly brings me joy is seeing people show up as their most authentic selves and helping them create an event that unmistakably reflects who they are. I’m honored to be their support system through the planning process and their steady presence behind the scenes on event day, bringing that touch of “fair godmother” magic to life. Being a trusted partner in life’s celebrations is not just what I do; it’s what I love.
Sweet Daisy Events is named after my grandma, Daisey, who had a passion for creating and crafting. I like to think I inherited that creativity from her.

fun factsI was born and raised in South Minneapolis, where lakes, bike trails, walkable neighborhoods, and a strong culture of supporting local businesses made it a wonderful place to grow up and helped shape my love for community and connection.
I am left-handed but I see myself as being more ambidextrous because growing up I had to learn how to play sports right-handed. I am a competitive person and love team sports! I’m always looking to start up a new hobby and learn something new so I think Pickleball might be my next pick.
I’m married to a forager which means over the years going on walks in the woods with my husband, I’ve learned how to identify plants, mushrooms, and berries myself and I now get to enjoy nature in a whole different way.
I am bright, cheerful, caring, and know when to lock in to use my organizational and management skills. I get along with all types of people which I believe is one of the reasons why I’m so good at my job.
I have two orange boy cats (IYKYK) who are also brothers. Bonded pairs are the way to go in my opinion!
